Haile Selassie - Religion

Rastafarianism is a religion started in 1920.It was started in Jamaican slums. Now it has one million followers in the world.

Pride in the African heritage, Jamaican culture, resistance of opression, the divinity of Haile Selassie, vegetarianism and avoidance of alcohol are their main lifestyles.

In Kerala also, there is a hall at Kothamangalam in Ernakulam district in the name of Haile Selassie.
