How to write a book review on nonfiction

This is going to be an article on how to write a book review on nonfiction.

Non-fiction books include biography, history, scientific, political, travelogue or a factual text.
In such a case, the descriptive section of your report should include:

*Subject :: An initial statement on the general subject of the book.

*Summary :: A summary of what the author had to say about the subject. Again, pick out the most important point to discuss.

*Overall impressions:: Write your opinion about the book whether it was informative, exhaustive, artificial, or practical.Also write about the most interesting thing you learned about the book's subject.

*Style :: Describe the style of the book-simple, complex, evocative and appealing to the mind.Write about the author's main reason to write about such a subject.

*Presentation :: Do write about the type of binding, price, name of publisher,etc.

*Comparison :: Compare with other work of the same author or a book of similar nature.

*Critical appreciation :: Write your own opinion about the book. The opinion of a known critic, or mention awards, acclaim it won.

Always remember that before writing the review you must be thorough with the main idea or ideas of the book.Before you begin to write, be sure that you have a good understanding.
